Heather concentrates her practice on areas of elder law and litigation, including fiduciary litigation and will contests. Her focus includes estate and trust administration, as well as on the preparation of estate planning documents, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and advance directives, Medicaid and disability planning, including the preparation of applicable trusts and asset preservation planning.
Heather currently serves on the boards of the South Palm Beach County chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and of the Young Lawyer Section of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association (SPBCBA). She is a co-chair of the Real Estate, Land Use & Community Association Committee of the SPBCBA, and is a member of the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court LIV.
Prior to joining the firm, Heather practiced in areas of fiduciary litigation, estate administration, and commercial litigation. Heather earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, Heather earned the top award for Property and served on the board of and competed for the Nova Trial Association. Heather earned her bachelor’s degree, as a dual major in political science and social sciences of arts and humanities, from Florida Atlantic University.
