In a separate article, Florida Medicaid is reinstating certain requirements for skilled nursing facilities, effective July 1. In addition, Florida DCF has updated the Minimum Monthly Maintenance Needs Allowance and the Excess Shelter Standards this month. And last but not least, New York has ended its COVID-19 state of emergency, terminating remote notarizing and witnessing of documents (it needs to be done in person now).
